W8MSU Repeater
We’re pleased to announce the wide availability of the MSU ARC repeater to those in the Greater Lansing Area:
Analog or C4FM RF: 442.900 MHz, +5 Offset, TSQL 77 Hz
Digital Remote Access:
Wires-X: 40278
Analog Remote Access:
Allstar: 27664
Echolink: W8MSU-R, 442900
Web Dashboard: Allscan Dashboard
To connect with Allstar, see our phone app tutorial here. To change rooms, either contact us for access to the AllScan Dashboard, or use DTMF codes with your HT or mobile radio.
Listen Only (Analog Side of the Repeater):
https://www.broadcastify.com/listen/feed/46170
Please note that the analog and digital sides of the repeater are discrete. Analog users will not hear any digital traffic and vice versa.
You are welcome to and encouraged to change the Wires-X or Allstar room at will. Wires-X will default back after 30 minutes of a lack of local digital traffic. Allstar will need to be manually disconnected. If you’d like web access to change the Allstar room, let us know.
Nets:
Thursday at 8:00pm EST – Any and all are welcome to join via analog RF, Allstar, or Echolink. This is immediately followed by a Zoom meeting. The weekly link for this can be found on the MSU ARC Discord page. Net control rotates between MSU ARC student, alumni, and friend of the club members.
Thanks:
The club would like to thank the following generous hams for their contributions to the repeater system (in no particular order):
