W8MSU Repeater Final Alignment!

The W8MSU repeater has been professionally aligned by Jeff Broughton WB8RJY, owner of Communications Services in Mason, MI. As a result, we are able to reconnect the forward amplifier and put some power behind the system! Coverage has expanded into the greater Lansing Metro Area, including Bath, Dewitt, Grand Ledge, Williamston, and Mason.

The repeater is now available with the following features:

Analog: Tone Squelch 77 Hz (necessary on analog-only radios so digital noise isn’t heard)
Allstar: 27664
Echolink: W8MSU-R, 442900
Digital: C4FM
Wires-X: US-WM-Connect, 21335
Hotspots: YSF US-WM-Connect, 21335

W8MSU Base Coverage (4.5dB @ 20ft)

W8MSU Mobile Coverage (2dB @ 6ft)

W8MSU HT Coverage (0dB @ 4ft)
